MY BIDDING PROCESS

1) It all starts with a phone call. 

This call is meant to create a clear picture of your project and determine if we will be a good fit for you. 

Things we will talk about:

- Your vision of the project.

- Ideas on how to execute the project.

- and the most important, our budget!

2) The walk through

Next, I will come and meet you and anyone else involved in the project at your property.  This ensures that everyone is on the same page and understands the project as a whole. 

- We will physically walk your property and see what it will take to complete the project. 

- We will talk about the process of making any changes, during or after. 

- We will finalize our budget together. 

- Sign the contract

MY RATES

I try to make my pricing as simple as possible. You will receive a "Grand Total" invoice when signing our contract. This Grand Total will include everything It takes to complete the project.


This includes: 

- Cost of materials   

- Cost of labor

- Cost of Delivery (Mobilization Fee)
